My name is Ila. I’m the owner of Ila Staging & Design. My love for design started when I was much younger when I used to frequent the ancient bazaars of Persia and seek real antiques such as a stained glass cup or an ancient piece of silk. Then I would convert the silk cloth into a shade and place an electric cord through the glass and top it with a light bulb. Then place the shade over it and voila, I created a lamp shade for a bedside table. I used paint to convert plain white walls into textured old looking patina art. Now I established Ila Staging & Design to help home owners and real estate agents to stage homes for sale or rent. I also help people redesign or redecorate their living spaces to breathe new life into common spaces. To me design is life and our life is a canvas to be designed.
